Users with Student Mart access automatically have access to the student-related resources. With the recently expanded student data access (see announcement here), row-level mart access reaches across the campus-level data, which will grant access to additional rows of student data and broadens the scope of information available for analysis and decision-making. If you have GL Mart Access, you will automatically see have access to the financial resources and data you're authorized to view. |

Access to restricted data is managed through “column-level.” Protected categories of columns – like those for financial aid and social security numbers – will require approval from the University’s data stewards via the Federated Authorization process.
