University Data Warehouse

The University Data Warehouse is the central authoritative data source for the University, providing support for reporting, ad hoc data queries, and analytics. The University Data Warehouse comprised of data originating in multiple University systems, including the Student Information System (PeopleSoft) and PRISM. The data is extracted from those systems, then optimized for speed and ease of use.

How do I connect to the Data Warehouse?

Access to the University Data Warehouse is available through supported tools ( Tableau and Alteryx), as well as direct access through a SQL client. Security is governed by a federated authorization process that ensures individuals have access to the data required to be successful in their jobs.

 

Data Available for All

Through the University’s Federated Authorization process, the following data sources are available for connection via Tableau data sources and dashboards. Direct SQL access is available to advanced users.
